Are you an experienced recruiter who wants to contribute to the growth of the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority?
Societal Important Tasks
We offer you the opportunity to be part of developing an authority in growth with an important national mission in an international context where professional and efficient staffing work is a crucial part of succeeding with our mission. As a recruiter, you will be part of the HR secretariat responsible for the authority's strategic competence supply work and the operational HR work.
We offer you a job where you:
- independently work with the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement design to hiring
- provide consultative support to hiring managers
- develop routines, processes, and working methods.
Together, we work to create the best possible conditions for the operations with the authority's mission in focus. Your future colleagues have specialized knowledge in areas such as work environment, personnel safety, learning/training, recruitment, and employer branding. As an HR officer, your focus will primarily be on tasks related to recruitment and staffing. An important part of the work is also to contribute to the development of working methods and processes within both staffing and other areas of the competence supply mission.
The place of employment is Stockholm or Gothenburg.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- an academic degree in human resources or behavioral science
- at least 10 years of experience in independently driving, planning, and executing the entire recruitment process within the public sector
- documented experience in competency-based recruitment
- experience in working with development and change processes in recruitment
- good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience in conducting security interviews in accordance with security protection legislation
- experience in search
- experience in working with testing tools related to recruitment.

To succeed in the role of recruiter, you need to be service-oriented, have an unpretentious attitude, and high integrity. Furthermore, you need to have a good ability to take initiative and independently plan, structure, and be meticulous in your work. The job sometimes requires you to handle many processes simultaneously. Since the role involves many contact points, we see it as a given that you collaborate with others in a way that builds trust.

Employment Conditions
The employment is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Start date according to agreement. In this role, you will be employed as an HR officer. Travel in the service may occur.
Some of our tasks are placed in a security class, which means that a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a hiring decision. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is also required.
